Is the packaging really discreet?
Yes. A plain box, an address label, and nothing else. The sender name is “VB Wellness Co.” and your card statement reads the same.
What materials do you use?
We work with body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, mulberry silk, borosilicate glass and stainless steel. Where a manufacturer has supplied verified composition and certification data, it is listed on the product page.
Can I return an item I have opened?
No — once a hygiene seal is broken the item cannot be returned, for health reasons. Faulty items are always covered by the statutory warranty.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based, with silicone products. Oils and silicone lubricants can degrade a silicone surface over time.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. Add your davčna številka at checkout and it will appear on the invoice, with VAT (DDV 22%) shown separately.
