The sealed-goods rule
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken after delivery.
In practice: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unopened items whose hygiene seal is fully intact. Once a hygiene seal has been broken, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons — this applies even if the item has not been used.
How to return an item
Write to us with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and, for eligible items, provide a prepaid label.
- Unopened, seal intact, within 14 days — full refund to the original payment method.
- Unopened items in resaleable condition, days 15–30 — store credit at our discretion.
- Opened or unsealed items — not returnable, for hygiene reasons.
- Faulty or damaged items — always covered by the statutory warranty, sealed or not.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
