1. Who we are

Vibeleasure is operated as an online retailer of adult wellness products for customers in Slovenia and the wider European Union. Full company identification is given on the Impressum page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders, prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include Slovenian VAT (DDV) at 22% unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Where a davčna številka is provided, it will appear on the invoice.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping page. All shipments leave in plain, unbranded packaging.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Consumer withdrawal rights and the hygiene exception for sealed goods are set out in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Liability and governing law

Products are intended for personal wellness use as described. These terms are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
